Leadership Style

I have a confession to make: I am a regular at pwnwear.com. 

For those that don't know, Gravity has created a great community for DKs of all flavours over there.  But within that DK space, lurking in a corner, is a rather active leadership forum filled with excellent posts and comments from leaders of all kinds. 

One in particular recently has caught my eye so much so that a) I didn't have a lot to add to it because it was a fantastic summary of the two major styles of leadership and b) it was so self explanatory I could just link spam it on my front page here.
